Payments are due at time of reservation, however, an invoice can be sent upon request. To receive an invoice, you must make a reservation first.

Exhibitors who cancel a contract in writing, postmarked by August 23, 2019, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $250 cancellation fee. All cancellations should be sent in writing to Olivia Schmitz. There will be no refunds for cancellations after August 23, 2019. If exhibits are cancelled by INFORMS, all payments will be refunded in full.

A bill of lading for all outbound shipments must be completed and turned in at the HOLLINS Service Desk onsite. Do not leave your bill of lading at your booth. In the event a bill of lading is not turned in at the HOLLINS Service Desk, the unidentifiable shipment will be discarded. See the Exhibit Kit for more information. Outbound Freight will be re-routed: Wednesday, October 23, 2019: 4:30 p.m.

Tutorials and Workshops

Yes, all exhibitors have the opportunity to host a Technology Tutorial and/or a Technology Workshop. If you are interested, please be sure to notify Olivia Schmitz upon registration.
Technology Workshops will take place on Saturday, October 19. There is a $150 additional AV fee to participate due upon registration. Technology Tutorials take place as a track during the regular conference sessions. There is no additional fee to participate but limited space is available.

INFORMS does not distribute or provide conference attendee lists or directories. However, exhibitors can collect leads onsite through the free badge reader available within the mobile app.
